In May 2024, Chinese cleaning product brand, Liby Science and Technology, unveiled its high-end perfume product Liby Master Perfumer in Grasse, France, during the annual rose festival.

The Fragrance Journey to Grasse France exhibition took place at the Palais des Congrès in Grasse.

According to Business Newswire, the exhibition's perfume sampling area labeled “created by French master perfumers," was composed by Givaudan VP perfumer and director of Givaudan's Perfumery School, Calice Becker.

The release also reported that Liby recently established a collaboration with Givaudan and dsm-firmenich to set up a "benchmark fragrance inspiration workshop" and explore new varieties of perfumes in the future.
