
On July 30, 2025, The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) announced the appointment of current chief operating officer Shailesh Jejurikar as the company’s president and chief executive officer, effective January 1, 2026.
Jejurikar first joined P&G in 1989 and has been a member of the company’s leadership team since 2014. He has helped build several of the company’s core businesses, including fabric care and home care, in key global regions. Additionally, he helped lead the development of P&G’s renewed strategies in supply chain, information technology and global business services.
Jon Moeller, P&G’s current CEO, will become executive chairman on January 1. He will lead the board of directors and provide advice and counsel to Jejurikar.
